Anagha M. Krishna is the 2024 J. Leland Jackson Fellowship winner, for Outstanding MS Bioinformatics Student.
Cancer Nanotechnology Gordon Conference Acceptance
President's Undergraduate Research Award
Kylie was awarded the PURA Award for her work identifying transcriptional changes elected in parasympathetic neuronal subpopulations following co-incubation with ovarian cancer cells
President's Undergraduate Research Award
Sydney was awarded the PURA award for her work investigating the relationship between cancer and the sympathetic chain ganglia
ARCS Fellowship
Marrissa was awarded the ARCS Fellowship with a sponsorship from Roche Diagnostics for her work developing nanoparticles that preferentially target and deliver biotherapeutics to metastatic cancers.
Institute for Matter and Systems Seed Grant
Aref was awarded the IMS Seed Grant for his work developing organ-on-a-chip neuro-cancer models
IRB Approval
The lab received IRB approval to begin our second clinical study at Northside Hospital
